Payment of custom orders is required before fabrication will begin. We accept all credit card and PayPal payments.


As all items are made to order, processing times are 5 - 7 business days from purchase. (If you require faster turnaround for a specific event or date, please contact us and let us know, we would be glad to work with you) A scheduled ship date will be provided upon ordering on your purchased orders page. Most items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Shipping (2-3 days). A shipping notification and tracking number will be provided at time of shipment. Additional shipping services and times can be requested at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept exchanges

Just contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery

I don't accept returns or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

If you are not fully satisfied please contact me within 7 days of product delivery. Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis. Customized items cannot be refunded once personalized. Damaged items received due to shipping carrier will be repaired or replaced depending on level of damage. WoodSimplyMade will cover repair and/or replacement cost of item. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back and WoodSimplyMade will ship the item back to the customer.
